At OloMarketing, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and product issues are handled.
This policy applies together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or replaces any consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
1. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the applicable 14-day period.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable law and follow the return instructions we provide.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when you exercise the right of withdrawal.
You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Where permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Refunds following withdrawal
When a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.
Where permitted by law, we may delay reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where required by applicable law, standard delivery charges will also be refunded. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable where legally permitted.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your product:
- arrives damaged;
- is defective;
- does not conform to its description;
- is materially different from what you ordered; or
- is otherwise covered by a mandatory legal remedy,
please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request reasonable information to investigate the issue, such as:
- Order number;
- Photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- A description of the problem;
- Video evidence where reasonably necessary.
This information is used to verify the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another legally required solution.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
3. Legal Guarantees
For customers in the European Union, statutory consumer guarantees apply as required by applicable law.
In general, EU consumers benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions.
If a product does not conform to the contract, you may have legal rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund depending on the circumstances.
Customers outside the European Union receive the rights and protections required by the laws applicable to their purchase.
4. United States Customers
For customers located in the United States, returns and refunds are handled according to this policy and applicable federal and state laws.
Unless a specific product page states otherwise, OloMarketing does not provide an additional voluntary return period beyond rights required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable U.S. law.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a legally required remedy, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
5. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase:
- EU consumers may have the statutory right of withdrawal described above.
- Customers in other countries may have different statutory rights.
- Outside any mandatory legal rights, additional voluntary returns are only available when expressly stated on the applicable product page or otherwise offered by OloMarketing.
6. Products That May Be Excluded From Withdrawal
Certain products may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.
Examples may include:
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Certain sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening;
- Perishable goods;
- Other products for which applicable law provides an exception.
Any exclusion will only apply where legally permitted.
7. Return Authorization
Please do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
This helps us ensure that the return is sent to the correct location and can be properly identified.
Returns sent without prior instructions may take longer to process.
8. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.
We may investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier and request tracking or other delivery information.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may offer a replacement shipment or another appropriate solution.
Where a refund or other remedy is legally required, we will provide it in accordance with applicable law.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, we may, where legally permitted, charge reasonable additional shipping costs for a reshipment.
This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
10. Refused or Uncollected Packages
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package without a fault on the part of OloMarketing or the carrier, we may handle the order according to the applicable circumstances and law.
Where legally permitted, reasonable costs resulting from the refusal or failure to collect may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable.
This does not affect statutory withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
11. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
Once we have processed the refund, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
12. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
We may request reasonable evidence when necessary to investigate suspected fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive claims.
Examples may include photographs, videos, order information, tracking information, or other documentation relevant to the claim.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action against fraudulent activity to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits legitimate statutory consumer rights.
